Job summary

Talentmark Limited is recruiting a Training Officer for a growing GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturer in Birmingham on a permanent basis. The role focuses on developing and managing the site-wide training programme to keep employees competent and inspection-ready.

You will design and maintain the training matrix, deliver GMP inductions, coordinate technical and behaviour training with department managers, and prepare training metrics for quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, Quality Assurance or Quality Systems in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Good understanding of GMP, MHRA requirements and QMS.
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Confident in training employees at all levels and presenting to groups.
• Experience maintaining training matrices and competency records.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Quality, HR/Learning & Development or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the site-wide training programme.
• Deliver GMP induction and refresher training for staff, contractors and visitors.
• Coordinate technical, procedural and behavioural training with managers and SMEs.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and competency assessments.
• Support regulatory inspections with training documentation and evidence.
