Job summary

Clinigen Group in Weybridge is seeking a confident and proactive Quality Compliance Officer to join the Quality Assurance function. You will ensure compliance with domestic license obligations and support the Document and Learning Management System within the team.

The role involves handling MHRA and HPRA notifications, maintaining the training matrices, LMS administration, and ensuring training materials are current across global sites. A strong focus on GxP training is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with eQMS and LMS systems.
• Strong documentation control and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Process MHRA import notifications and respond to objections.
• Process HPRA exempt medicinal product notifications.
• Maintain training matrices and LMS user access.
• Create and maintain quality compliance ERP components.
• Manage document creation, obsoleting, and archiving in the eQMS.
