SRG is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer / Manager to own site facilities, utilities, and contractor management in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will develop maintenance strategies, ensure reliability of building services, and drive safety, quality and compliance across all facilities and utility systems.

You will lead TPM-based maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities engineering, building services or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, building utilities, fire systems and lighting.
• Experience managing external contractors and service providers.
• Familiar with Permit to Work, risk assessments, method statements and contractor safety.
• Experience with CMMS and reading engineering drawings.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP preferred).

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and manage planned preventive maintenance via CMMS.
• Ensure reliable operation of site facilities, utilities and plant equipment.
• Manage contractor control: inductions, permits to work, risk assessments and reviews.
• Lead facilities projects from concept to implementation within budget.
• Develop and manage the annual facilities budget and support the site operating plan.
• Raise POs through SAP and monitor expenditure.
• Source and maintain critical spare parts for business continuity.
• Support operation of HVAC, compressed air, lighting, fire and building infrastructure.
• Drive TPM and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain health, safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contractors.
