Job summary

Pharmaxo Compounding is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to direct a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems across our aseptic pharmaceutical site. You will ensure safety, reliability, and compliance while supporting cGMP standards and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in maintenance, strong leadership skills, and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or aseptic facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems and equipment across a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure safety, reliability, compliance and fitness for purpose.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and operations to minimise downtime and improve processes.
