Codis Nottingham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in a GMP-driven pharmaceutical setting. The role oversees maintenance of utilities, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring preventive programs and timely contractor coordination to meet regulatory deadlines.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Operations to drive continuous improvement, optimize assets, and support development through clinical supply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 3 years managerial experience in a similar engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of appropriate engineering processes, maintenance practices, utilities management, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.

Aufgaben

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Fully accountable for overseeing maintenance of site utilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Accountable for implementing appropriate preventive maintenance programmes.
• Oversight of coordinating with external contractors and service providers to ensure critical deadlines are met in relation to delivery, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Accountable for the management of the Engineering budgets, PO approvals and oversight of overall spend in line with the site objectives, cost control disciplines and savings targets.
• Comfortable representing engineering across cross functional teams, working closley with Quality and attending client audits
• Work closley with the operations team to deliver sustainable improvements in performance of critical assets
