Job summary

Ramboll in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Global Workplace Project Manager to deliver complex workplace projects across a global portfolio. You will collaborate with leaders, IT, finance, and enablement teams to ensure projects meet business cases and governance standards.

The role involves international coordination, office relocations, refurbishments, M&A integrations, and workplace technology initiatives, with hybrid working patterns in a multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale office relocation projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate real estate and workplace operations.
• Prince 2 practitioner level (preferred) or equivalent project management qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects across Ramboll’s global portfolio (international travel may be required).
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and local regulations.
• Lead project governance activities, including steering committees and stakeholder reporting.
