Ramboll is seeking a Project Manager in London to lead buildings projects for UK and international clients. You will manage inception through delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, lead meetings, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure scope, time and budget compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum HNC/HND in Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline; degree preferred.
• Experience of managing design and construction processes including planning, programming and budgets.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety practices desirable.
• Excellent communication and IT skills; ability to write high quality reports.

Aufgaben

• Deliver projects from inception to completion with budgets, programmes and QA.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage workshops/meetings.
• Develop collaborative relationships with clients and contractors.
• Represent client interests in a cost-efficient, professional manner.
• Manage sub-consultants and procurement activities as required.
• Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes and project programmes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables from design teams across disciplines.
• Support bid teams and tender proposals with discipline leaders.
