Job summary

Ramboll in the United Kingdom seeks a Project Manager to join the Buildings Division in London. You will support the delivery of projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring governance, budget and QA procedures are in place.

You will join a collaborative culture with flexible working and opportunities to work on diverse projects locally, nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in Building/Civil Engineering/Project Management or related discipline; degree preferred.
• Experience with design and construction processes within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Ability to manage own workload in a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic understanding of contracts and procurement methods; training provided.
• Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate high-quality reports with technical teams.
• Ability to analyze financial information.
• Willingness to pursue construction-focused professional bodies (APM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including CDM Regulations; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring scope, programmes, budgets and QA procedures are in place.
• Lead internal coordination meetings and support multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ensure governance procedures are adhered to and foster collaborative working relationships.
• Represent Ramboll with clients and contractors; deliver presentations as required.
• Manage day-to-day project activities including reports, minutes and programmes.
