Job summary

Ramboll in London, UK is seeking a Project Manager to join Buildings Division. You will lead delivery of diverse projects across commercial, residential, hotels and education, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from inception through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and client relations, with flexible working and development opportunities within Ramboll's global design consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in Building/Civil Engineering/Project Management; a degree is preferred.
• Track record in design and construction processes.
• Experience managing workloads in a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Familiarity with contracts and procurement methods (e.g., NEC, JCT, ACE, ICE, GC Works or FIDIC); training provided.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to coordinate high quality reports with technical teams.
• Willingness to pursue construction-focused professional accreditation (APM) if appropriate.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (CDM) desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from inception to completion including scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risks, budgets and QA.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and lead internal coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance procedures.
• Represent Ramboll and build relationships with clients and contractors.
• Manage day-to-day project activities including monthly reports, minutes and programmes.
• Ensure coordinated and high-quality deliverables from multidisciplinary teams.
• Support bid teams and prepare proposals for multi-disciplinary tenders.
