• Proven experience in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities management or related service environment with multi-site exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior client contacts.
• Ability to translate client goals into clear standards and drive consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global workplace experience framework, playbooks and service standards.
• Lead Regional Workplace Champions and enable local delivery teams.
• Access customer insight and data to improve satisfaction, productivity and commercial outcomes.
