Jobgether in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Experience Director to lead global employee experience, internal communications, events, and workplace operations. You will shape the entire employee journey, drive engagement, and champion innovative technologies across multiple countries.

The role partners with the CEO and CPO to develop leadership communications and change messaging, while overseeing a diverse, distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in People and Culture, Employee Experience, Workplace Operations, Internal Communications, or related field, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing multi-country workplace/office operations, employee engagement, internal communications, or large-scale corporate events.
• Experience owning global employee experience strategies and scalable programs within international organizations.
• Experience managing intranets and internal communication platforms, including content strategy and governance.
• Experience in a high-growth, international organization with distributed employees across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a global employee experience strategy aligned with priorities, values, and growth objectives.
• Design and manage employee listening initiatives (surveys, lifecycle assessments, exit feedback) and translate data into improvement plans.
• Oversee the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and optimize the experience.
• Lead employee recognition, cultural programs, wellbeing activities, and employee networks.
• Develop and manage global internal events calendar and coordinate events across locations (in-person, hybrid, virtual).
• Ensure events are inclusive and accessible across diverse workforce.
• Manage event budgets, suppliers, logistics, and ensure financial discipline.
• Develop and implement internal communications strategy including editorial standards and channels.
• Oversee intranet content strategy, information architecture, governance, and publishing.
• Partner with CEO and senior leaders on leadership communications and change messaging.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and Compliance for accurate, appropriate communications.
• Monitor effectiveness with reach and engagement metrics and improve information access and alignment.
• Identify and introduce AI-powered self-service tools and automation in People processes.
• Lead pilots, measure effectiveness, scale successful solutions globally.
• Collaborate with HR Technology and IT to maintain integrated People tech ecosystem.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team for engagement, communications, events, and workplace operations.
• Own the function budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
• Serve on People Leadership Team as strategic advisor.
• Oversee Workplace Operations teams for offices in Dubai, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore.
• Develop global workplace strategies including office openings, relocations, expansions, and fit-outs with Finance.
• Establish facilities, health and safety, front desk, amenities, and inclusive spaces across locations.
• Manage facilities suppliers, contracts, and operational resources for cost efficiency and high service standards.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on security, continuity planning, and emergency response.
• Use occupancy data and feedback to optimize office environments for collaboration and productivity.
