Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced Workforce Change professional to lead complex organisational transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. The role will focus on HR workstreams, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliant delivery across multiple entities.

You will work in a hybrid setup with Scotland-based operations, collaborating closely with HR, Employee Relations and business leaders to manage TUPE transfers, restructuring, and cross-border projects while

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering workforce change and organisational restructuring.
• Experience operating within unionised environments and working closely with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Experience leading union and/or works council consultations.
• Strong background in employee consultation, redundancy and organisational change processes.
• Experience managing TUPE transfers and employee transfer programmes.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale change programmes simultaneously.
• Experience delivering international or multi-country transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and employee relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR workstream across assigned change programmes.
• Lead workforce consultation processes and stakeholder communications.
• Governance, risk management and compliance for change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and specialist HR teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across multiple locations.
