Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced Workforce Change professional to lead and support complex organisational transformation programmes on a global scale. The role requires commercial acumen, high organisation, and adept stakeholder management across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering workforce change programmes.
• Experience with unionised environments and employee reps.
• Experience leading union and works council consultations.
• Strong background in employee consultation and redundancy processes.
• Experience managing TUPE transfers and employee transfers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the HR workstream across assigned change programmes.
• Lead the delivery and governance of workforce change projects.
• Engage with HR, Employee Relations and business leaders to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and programme planning.
• Support due diligence, cross-border and multi-entity transformation efforts.
