Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to research information, analyse findings, and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to build credibility and develop positive client relationships.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to organisations operating internationally.
• Research country-specific employment law and HR practice overviews.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, policies, and handbooks.
• Review and update client HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to ad hoc HR queries across topics.
• Assist with complex employee relations, including performance management and terminations.
• Support international projects related to change, restructuring, M&A.
• Help design onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop and manage consultancy project plans with senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and time in CRM.
