Salary: Up to £685 Per Day DOE

The Workforce Change & Restructuring function manages global organisational change and restructuring programmes across multiple employing entities. The team supports the design and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives, optimise organisational effectiveness, manage costs and ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
The function delivers complex people change programmes across multiple jurisdictions while providing a consistent, efficient and commercially focused service.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of workforce change and restructuring programmes across a global organisation. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of organisational change initiatives, working closely with HR, Employee Relations, business leaders and specialist teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
