Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Workforce Change & Restructuring Change Manager - VP on a 6-month hybrid assignment in Glasgow. The role supports global change programmes with emphasis on HR workstreams, restructuring, TUPE, and union coordination.

PAYE only, hybrid pattern with three days in the office. You'll manage programmes across entities, drive due diligence, consultations and implementation, and handle governance and risk within a matrixed Barclays structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting on workforce change and restructuring, including legal requirements.
• Strong project/change management skills in large, matrixed organisations.
• Experience working with unions and union representatives in heavily unionised environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support allocated change programmes across the organisation.
• Lead HR workstreams for restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, and site setup with in-country HRBP and ER partners.
