Barclays is seeking a seasoned Workforce Change & Restructuring Change Manager - VP to drive pan-Barclays change initiatives. You will lead and coordinate across entities, specializing in restructuring, TUPE projects and union consultations, while ensuring regulatory and governance standards.

Hybrid role based in Glasgow with 3 in-office days per week; six-month PAYE contract. The role requires strong data analytics, stakeholder management and an ability to operate in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

• Experience with unions and union reps in a heavily unionised environment.
• Proven ability to lead TUPE programmes and complex restructurings.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support allocated change programmes across Barclays entities.
• Lead HR workstreams for restructuring, outsourcing, transfers and new site setup.
• Engage in timely consultation with stakeholders and management.
