Job summary

Select Tech is seeking a Workday Implementation Lead to oversee end-to-end technology delivery for a major Workday transformation. You will align local business needs with global templates, manage architecture, integrations and data migration, and lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects and partners to a scalable, sustainable global solution.

The role requires senior technology leadership, strong governance, and the ability to balance local requirements with global standards

Qualifications

• Significant Workday implementation experience across large-scale programmes.
• Strong design authority for enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary tech teams and external delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday delivery from design to go-live and transition to BAU.
• Provide cross-workstream technology strategy and architecture oversight.
• Maintain technical integrity and align local requirements with global standards.
• Govern integration, data migration and security considerations across the programme.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning and production readiness.
• Report technology risks and decisions to programme leadership.
