Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of Workday HCM, architecture, integrations and data migration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for the Workday implementation across design, build, test, cutover and go-live.
• Provide design authority and governance across functionality, architecture, integrations and data workstreams.
• Ensure global standards are respected while meeting local business requirements.
• Own the technology strategy, risk, dependencies and escalation across the programme.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, finance and global teams.
• Ensure a sustainable transition from delivery into global support models.
