Cloudflare, Inc. invites an experienced Workday Reporting & HR Analytics specialist to build and maintain scalable reporting solutions that enable strategic HR decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and automate processes, improving data quality and governance across the organization. You will guide stakeholders, drive best practices, and mentor juniors while aligning with Workday releases and security standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, worksheets, and dashboards.
• Experience with large HR data sets and scalable automated reporting solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, RaaS).
• Advise HR leaders, translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, security across Workday analytics for audits and compliance.
• Automate recurring workflows, use APIs to enrich datasets, stay current with Workday releases.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and enable user adoption across levels.
• Mentor junior team members and perform QA reviews plus ad-hoc analytics.
