Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Workday HCM Global Data Lead to orchestrate data strategy for a major HR transformation. You will collaborate with Enterprise Technology and People Teams to drive data ownership, governance and high-quality data migration across a scalable Workday implementation.

You will lead a team, influence stakeholders, and ensure data design decisions are clear and actionable while maintaining data integrity and security throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex data solutions in large-scale global programs.
• Strong understanding of data conversion processes and data migration.
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to end users.
• Proven ability to manage managers and strategic thinkers with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday HCM data activities within the program and ensure successful delivery.
• Establish governance structures and partner with Enterprise Data to define data ownership and stewardship.
• Lead data extraction, data quality efforts, and migration activities across People Technology workstreams.
• Mentor the transformation team and align priorities with program milestones.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needs and ensure data security.
• Align People Data attributes with Job Architecture and enhance related reporting.
