WPP is seeking a Global PMO, Data professional to mobilise, govern and control the group’s data transformation programme. You’ll establish the integrated plan, run the PMO cadence and maintain RAID logs, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery.

You will support the Programme Director with executive reporting, coordinate stage gates and manage benefits tracking, while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to drive delivery excellence in a hybrid environment.

Qualifikationen

• PMO, planning and reporting experience with large-scale data/technology programmes.
• Experience turning delivery details into concise executive updates for senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, stage gates and assurance discipline.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan for the global Data programme, ensuring milestones, dependencies, decisions and delivery risks are clearly visible.
• Run the PMO cadence across workstreams, including weekly status updates, action tracking, governance preparation, SteerCo reporting and follow-up.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps and decision records with clear owners, mitigations and due dates.
• Support the Programme Director with executive reporting and concise updates for senior audiences.
• Coordinate stage gates, assurance checkpoints and quality reviews aligning with delivery standards.
• Track programme benefits, scope, budget inputs and resource requirements with Finance and PMOs.
• Support governance across multiple data workstreams including data platforms, governance, integration and AI readiness.
• Create and maintain artefacts including plans, packs, templates and governance materials.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and delivery partners to ensure commitments and actions are followed through.
• Champion consistent use of delivery tools and standards, including Wrike and Transformation Delivery Framework.
