Job summary

WPP is seeking a COE Delivery & Transformation Lead for People Technology in London to steer the design and delivery of Workday-driven COE capabilities. You will partner with HR leaders, COEs and external partners to define future-state processes and drive technology-enabled transformation across multiple talent functions.

The role combines transformation leadership with programme delivery, managing end-to-end Workday modules, governance, budgets, and multi-region delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale HR transformation and technology programmes.
• Experience managing global implementations across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success facilitating workshops and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of People COE functions through Workday and supporting technologies.
• Define future-state processes with HR and business leaders.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of people processes across global markets.
• Collaborate with implementation partners for successful outcomes.
• Provide regular status reporting to sponsors and executives.
