WPP Media Limited is seeking a seasoned Global PMO, Data professional to mobilise and govern WPP’s data transformation programme. You will establish the integrated plan, run PMO cadence across workstreams, and deliver clear executive updates to drive informed decisions and alignment with strategic outcomes.

The role focuses on modernising data infrastructure, governance, and analytics readiness, with a hybrid work approach across global teams and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO governance and delivery controls.
• Ability to translate delivery updates into executive messages.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, governance or analytics.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan for the global Data programme.
• Run the PMO cadence across workstreams, including weekly status updates and governance prep.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps and decision records with clear owners and dates.
• Support the Programme Director with executive reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate stage gates, assurance checkpoints and quality reviews.
