Job summary

Legacy London Recruitment is recruiting a Warranty Analyst for a leading global manufacturing brand in Oxfordshire. The role requires 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home, offering a competitive salary + benefits.

You will manage warranty policy across multiple markets, provide expert guidance, training, and support to markets and dealers, and deliver essential reports to leadership and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years warranty experience.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing/FMCG or retail industries.
• Experience in auditing processes, recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Experience creating training programs is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution module.
• MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP & mainframe database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process or acknowledge all inbound warranty claims within 48 hours.
• Assist dealers to work within warranty policy to prevent abuse of the program.
• Support FSM & TSR in administering goodwill measures.
• Provide management reports for leadership and field teams as needed.
• Conduct warranty audits within dealer network and train coaches on errors.
• Collaborate with regional teams to improve warranty and recall processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for warranty reporting and processing.
