Bentley Motors is seeking an Aftersales Warranty Audit Analyst to deliver Retailer Warranty audits across the global Bentley Retailer network. You will support the annual Audit Plan, ensure audits are completed to a high standard, and communicate results to stakeholders in Crewe and at Retailers.

Reporting to the Warranty, Analytics & Governance Manager, you will apply statistical analysis to assess warranty cost risks, translate complex data into clear reporting, and collaborate with global

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and analytical problem-solving with structured insight
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, KNIME) and SQL
• Clear communicator able to present complex data to stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Deliver ~50 audits per year across UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific
• Apply statistical analysis to assess warranty cost risks and programme impacts
• Translate data into clear board-level reporting for warranty cost optimisation decisions
• Liaise with Group counterparts and Bentley Importer Network in China, US and Japan
• Analyze insights, identify trends, and propose performance improvements in Warranty and Aftersales
• Contribute to centralised training activities and the Global Warranty Policy
