Job summary

Sidetrade seeks a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to lead its AI-native shift and scale recruitment across regions. You will partner with the CEO to attract, hire, and onboard top talent—from AI experts to GTM leaders—while owning the TA roadmap and budgets. This role drives DEI and candidate experience globally.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build a high-performing, distributed team, implement AI recruiting tools, and establish TA metrics to guide growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with senior leadership.
• Experience building global TA functions across regions.
• Track record hiring C-level executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with TA metrics and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global TA strategy and budgets.
• Lead a distributed TA team across regions.
• Hire senior C-level roles with the CEO.
