Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Masdar's operating model and value creation approach with governance and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-platform dependencies, risks and decisions; escalate issues and drive resolution.
• Lead change management, communications and adoption of new ways of working.
