Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting, scaling or investing in growth-stage businesses.
• Experience in senior portfolio management or value creation roles within VC or growth equity.
• Founder/CEO or senior operator background with board exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Represent the investor on portfolio company boards and provide strategic guidance.
• Identify growth opportunities and address commercial or operational challenges.
• Support fundraising, follow-on rounds and investor relationships.
• Prepare businesses for potential exits and strengthen value drivers.
• Assist senior leadership appointments and introductions to customers and partners.
• Oversee portfolio performance, valuations and investment reporting.
