Paymentology is seeking a VP Client Success & Experience to lead and transform the global post-onboarding client organization, unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. You will drive adoption, retention, and operational excellence while partnering with Account Management and serving as the key product partner for clients.

The role demands strategic leadership in payments/fintech with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to client experience and measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing global Client Success, Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or Client Operations teams.
• Deep understanding of client lifecycle management, customer success methodologies, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, predictive analytics, and self-service technologies to improve client outcomes.

• Lead the global Client Success & Experience organization, unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations.
• Define and execute future-state client success strategy for adoption, retention and partnership success.
• Build an AI-enabled client experience model with proactive governance and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Implementations, Commercial, and Operations to improve client outcomes.
