Global Payments is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales Process to transform how Enterprise clients move through sales and onboarding. You will lead a team of analysts, partnering with Commercial, Risk, Legal and Operations to remove friction and accelerate revenue across onboarding and expansion journeys.

The role focuses on defining future-state operating models, governance, data visibility and measurable business impact, with emphasis on AI and automation to modernise enterprise sales

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise sales/process transformation in a matrix organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive measurable improvements.

Aufgaben

• Own the Enterprise sales and boarding transformation agenda; define future-state operating model and success metrics.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts; set priorities and drive accountability.
• Act as the senior business owner for Salesforce-enabled process improvement; improve adoption and reporting.
• Build governance and alignment across Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, CRM and BI teams.
• Define and track KPIs for sales efficiency, onboarding performance, client experience and transformation impact.
• Identify practical AI, automation and workflow opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
