Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Global VAT E-Invoicing Manager to lead advisory work on e-invoicing and digital reporting across jurisdictions. You will work with clients, cross-disciplinary teams and third-party providers to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.

You will build and maintain client relationships, drive business development and contribute to a growing advisory offering within the Global VAT practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-invoicing, digital reporting or tax technology implementations.
• Advising clients on e-invoicing requirements and regulatory change.
• Understanding data flows and system integrations in tax/finance tech.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on global e-invoicing and digital reporting requirements and translate regulatory developments into practical actions.
• Be a key client contact for e-invoicing mandates, implementation approaches and solution feasibility.
• Lead workshops, readiness assessments, gap analyses and solution design activities.
• Develop trusted client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercially relevant advice.
• Take ownership of engagements from scoping to design, testing and go-live.
