Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a GVRC Manager to deliver Global VAT services across the UK, EU and beyond. You will lead VAT engagements, ensure quality in filings, and act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client portfolio.

You will mentor junior team members, foster strong client relationships, and drive process improvements with a focus on technology-enabled VAT solutions within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strong Global VAT skills, ideally from a European or global role.
• Passion for VAT process improvement and technology enablement.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and similar tools.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to handle international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global VAT engagements across UK, EU and beyond.
• Provide high-quality VAT reporting and assurance for clients.
• Act as central point of contact for clients and oversee indirect tax filings.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth.
• Identify efficiency improvements and client opportunities.
