Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Global VAT Compliance & Reporting (GVCR) function, delivering complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and reporting across the UK, EU, and global markets. You will shape technical policy and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

You will drive technical excellence, contribute to client materials, and support business development while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment at a leading professional

Qualifications

EU tax technical, research and analysis skills.
Clear written communication for diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to manage projects and deliver within tight timeframes.
Collaborative, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

Provide technical policy support and guidance on GVAT matters.
Contribute to global VAT compliance and reporting content for client materials.
Prepare and review training materials, briefs, and workshops.
Draft and update firm-wide GVAT policy and operational procedures.
Respond to GVAT technical queries from internal teams and clients.
