Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead Global VAT initiatives across UK, EU and global markets. You will own complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and reporting programs while driving technical excellence and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding EU tax technical, research and analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects to deliver work within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the future of Global VAT across the UK, EU and global markets.
• Deliver complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing and reporting solutions.
• Communicate technical developments through updates and briefing materials.
• Provide technical input for client queries and firm materials.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and attend tax practice meetings.
