Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead Global VAT Compliance & Reporting (GVCR) activities across the UK, EU and global markets. You will own complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and reporting solutions, delivering high impact outcomes for a growing middle-market client base.

You will provide technical policy guidance, draft updates, and contribute to training materials while supporting business development and client advisory services in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• EU tax technical expertise and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication for diverse audiences
• Strong presentation and delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Provide policy support and guidance on GVAT matters
• Prepare and review technical updates for global VAT compliance and reporting
• Draft concise briefings and client materials; support business development
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions (live and online)
• Maintain and share tax knowledge resources and knowledge database
