Job summary

Pertemps Leeds is recruiting a Transport Planner in Uttoxeter for a full-time, permanent role. You will coordinate UK and international shipments, prepare documentation, oversee goods-in/goods-out, and support daily warehouse activities.

A background in logistics, warehousing, distribution or shipping is preferred, along with strong organisational and communication skills. The role combines administrative duties with practical warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UK and international shipments and collections.
• Prepare shipping, transport, customs and export documentation.
• Assist goods-in and goods-out; support warehouse activities.
• Operate forklift trucks and other handling equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and DGSA guidance.
