Job summary

WR Logistics in Stretford/Trafford Park is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join its busy transport team. You will coordinate export trailers and multi-drop collections, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

The role requires organised, solutions-focused candidates with UK transport planning experience and a flexible approach to shifts. Training on internal systems is provided.

Qualifications

• UK-based logistics experience required.
• Ability to organise, manage and utilise people and resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate export trailers.
• Plan multi-drop collection and delivery vehicles for on-time performance.
• Ensure all customer collections are completed efficiently.
• Adjust schedules to changing demands.
• Liaise with drivers and colleagues to maintain standards.
• Monitor driver performance and communicate delays.
