WR Logistics in Trafford Park, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join its busy team. You will coordinate export trailers and multi-drop collections to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

The role requires strong organisational skills, good communication, and the ability to adapt schedules in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime; salary 29,000–34,000 per annum, 30–35 days' leave.

Qualifications

• Previous transport planning experience in UK logistics.
• Ability to organise and manage people and resources effectively.
• Good computer skills with training on in-house systems.
• Flexible with working hours and shift coverage.

• Clear and confident communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate export trailers.
• Plan multi-drop collections and deliveries to meet on-time performance.
• Ensure customer collections are completed efficiently.
• Adjust schedules to changing customer and network demands.
• Liaise with drivers and colleagues to maintain high daily standards.
• Monitor driver performance and communicate delays.
• Troubleshoot live transport issues and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide operational updates.
