Job summary

Hunter Bond in London is seeking a talented leader to head end-to-end learning and training workstreams for global transformation programmes, ensuring impacted employees adopt new processes and ways of working across functions, geographies, and deployment waves.

The role manages a distributed team (onshore and offshore), defines learning governance, and leads the deployment of an AI Process Coach to support adoption of new ways of working. Hybrid London-based role with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading end-to-end learning and training workstreams for global transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Ability to define learning governance, standards, and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed training team (7 resources) for learning strategy, design, content, and deployment.
• Own the overall training strategy for a global transformation programme across 10 functions.
• Lead creation and refinement of Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for multiple deployment waves.
• Oversee design, QA, and publication of training materials for new processes and systems.
• Define learning governance and delivery frameworks across functions and markets.
• Lead the design and deployment of an Agentic AI Process Coach to support user adoption.
