Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an Import & Export Specialist in Dundee to coordinate international shipments and ensure accurate export documentation. You will work with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support smooth movement of goods while complying with regulations.

You will manage documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Export Declarations, and Bills of Lading, and assist with audits and controls within the Supply Chain team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in import/export procedures is required.
• Strong knowledge of letters of credit, inspection certificates, certificates of origin, and export licenses.

• Coordinate international shipments and prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Declarations).
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation accuracy for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support movement of goods and timely processing of shipments.
