Pfeifer Drako LTD in Southampton is recruiting a Customs & Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export declarations, coordinate road freight bookings and maintain accurate customs documentation. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and authorities to ensure compliance and smooth, efficient movements.

The role offers daily engagement across CDS, DESTIN8, NCTS and SAP/ERP systems, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and continuous process improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience handling import and export customs clearances.
• Experience using CDS, DESTIN8 and/or NCTS.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process import and export customs declarations.
• Coordinate road freight shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customs and shipping documentation.
• Complete and reconcile Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA) records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, hauliers and customs authorities.
• Support stock control and inventory administration.
• Update ERP/SAP systems and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with customs legislation and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement across the business.
• Develop knowledge of sea freight and other transport modes.
