Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support global compensation and benefits, collaborating with People Operations, Payroll and external providers. You will manage benefits data, benchmarking, and annual reward cycles while ensuring governance across our global locations.

Ideal candidates have 4-8 years in Total Rewards or related roles, with strong Excel skills and experience across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Reward or a related analytical HR role.
• Experience administering employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Experience working with brokers, insurers or benefits providers.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, market data or compensation review processes.

Responsibilities

• Global Benefits Management: manage programs across multiple countries and handle enrolments and queries.
• Compensation & Reward Analysis: support salary benchmarking, market data analysis and role mapping.
• Governance & Reporting: maintain data, produce cost and participation reports, update policies.
