Job summary

ADVANZ PHARMA is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our People Team and shape our global compensation, benefits and reward programmes across 22 countries. This London-based hybrid role offers exposure to APAC, Europe, North America and the UK.

In this international position you will lead salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking and governance, partnering with Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and equitable rewards.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR, Reward, Compensation & Benefits or related qualification (preferred).
• Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) (advantageous but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage global compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries.
• Lead annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions and reward planning.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analysis.
• Manage benefits renewals and relationships with external providers and brokers.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll and Talent Acquisition on reward strategy, governance and budgeting.
• Develop and improve reward policies, processes and reporting.
