Peaple Talent is partnering with an established technology business specialising in secure communications and collaboration solutions to find a Technical Trainer with a strong technical background and a passion for helping customers get the most out of their technology.

This role delivers technical training to customers and partners across the UK and internationally, focusing on video conferencing and telephony solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training across software, networking, collaboration or unified communications technologies
• Industry knowledge of unified communications, video conferencing, or telephony solutions
• Experience with Cisco collaboration technologies, ideally with hands-on knowledge of relevant platforms and products
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver engaging training to a range of audiences
• Experience delivering remote and face-to-face training, including technical demonstrations, workshops and hands-on labs
• Strong technical background in areas such as technical support, systems engineering, networking or professional services

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to customers and partners across the UK and internationally, focusing on video conferencing and telephony solutions
• Lead hands-on workshops, including demonstrations and labs
• Support customer onboarding and tailor training to different technical environments
• Deliver courses remotely and in person, adapting to varied technical audiences
