Job summary

intive is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee Rightsline and ensure seamless integration of media management tools into the DRM solution. You will guide deployment, configuration, and workflow efficiency across global units, acting as the bridge between regional stakeholders and technical teams.

You will own product direction, translate needs into functional requirements, enforce standards, design automated workflows, and run training sessions for new users as a Rightsline Superuser.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in global enterprise SaaS system administration; Rightsline experience.
• Background in IP Management, Legal Operations, contract management, and Media Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
• Ability to map current processes to future-state workflows and drive automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own Rightsline as Product Owner across deployment phases.
• Translate objectives into tactical projects and requirements.
• Define and enforce global configuration standards.
• Design and optimize workflows within Rightsline and media tools.
• Create and deliver training for new users.
