Job summary

Rightsline is seeking an experienced Program Lead to orchestrate end-to-end implementations of our Rights & Royalties platform for London and EU-based clients. You will bridge client legal, finance, and content operations with our engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing success.

Requirements include 10+ years in project/program management of SaaS deployments, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management delivering large-scale SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, dispersed teams in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Jira and MS Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: lead end-to-end delivery of the project to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Strategic Client Partnership: act as primary client contact, managing expectations and providing progress reports.
• Complex Project Management: direct a large cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep delivery on track.
• Governance & Scope: enforce governance and control scope changes to protect delivery integrity.
• Process Improvement: implement best-practice workflows to modernize and automate the environment.
