Job summary

intive seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Rightsline DRM platform across global business units. You will own the product direction, coordinate with strategy, media services, and engineering, and translate requirements into actionable projects, workflows, and training.

The role requires 4+ years in enterprise SaaS administration, strong IP management/contract lifecycle experience, and a track record of managing stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of system administration for a global enterprise SaaS platform.
• Hands-on Rightsline experience and DRM workflow knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own the Rightsline deployment direction and become the Superuser for the product.
• Collaborate with Global Strategy, Media Services, and BU engineers to translate objectives into projects.
• Establish and enforce configuration standards across all business units.
• Translate complex operational needs into streamlined workflows and automation.
• Create and deliver training sessions for new users of the Rightsline platform.
