Job summary

X-Team seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead the rollout of a new digital rights management system in London. You will act as the technical and administrative backbone, coordinating across regions and media types to ensure a well-governed, scalable solution.

You will own system configuration standards, drive global governance, design automated workflows, train users, and manage feature releases while aligning with ERP and data warehouse integrations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of SaaS governance experience for an enterprise system.
• Experience with legal, rights management, or media supply chain workflows.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks for real-time data exchange.
• Based in London, with three days a week required onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own the rights management system as product owner across deployment phases.
• Set system-wide configuration standards with architecture and business leads to maintain cross-region consistency.
• Translate complex legal/editorial workflows into automated processes.
• Run training sessions for new users and act as escalation point for complex system issues.
• Evaluate new features, manage global rollouts, and validate updates.
• Own data flows between the system and other enterprise tools, including ERPs and data warehouses.
