Global Rightsline Platform Deployment Lead

Job summary

Axented leads a global rollout of Rightsline, owning product direction and configuration across media assets and contracts. You will coordinate with regional strategy leads, engineering, designers, and analysts to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will drive requirements, provide training, and govern data flows between Rightsline and ERP/data warehouses, while enforcing security standards and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering a global enterprise SaaS product.
• Background in IP management, legal operations, contract management or media supply chain systems.
• Track record managing stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
• Business analysis: document current processes and map them to a future-state environment.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for real-time data exchange across an enterprise stack.
• Experience with role-based access control, SSO configuration and security frameworks such as SOC 2.
• SQL and Snowflake for building cross-departmental dashboards.
• Logic-based workflow configuration (conditional rules, date math) to automate processes without custom code.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Rightsline and translate current workflows into future-state ones inside the product.
• Support requirements gathering, base configuration, training, workflow development and reporting.
• Deliver the product to every business unit, coordinating with global teams across regions.
• Partner with global architecture to set and enforce system-wide configuration standards.
• Translate complex operational needs into automated workflows across Rightsline and connected tools.
• Create and run training sessions for new users.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex system issues affecting global operations.
• Evaluate new features, manage global rollouts and validate updates.
• Oversee data integrity flows between Rightsline and enterprise systems like ERPs and data warehouses.
